Show Them You Care

What have you done today to show someone you loved them? It’s not too late to give it a try.
Maybe open a door for a busy mom. That could be the nicest gesture anyone offered them today.
Let the panicked driver cut in front of you. Those few seconds may be important to them.
Wave at your neighbors. We often see the same people every day. Let’s show them they’re important.
Actions don’t have to be huge to be life changers. Do something nice. Come back and tell me and the other followers about it. Let’s try and make this a better place … just for a moment.

  1. Your application of the Word is showing, Robin. An act of kindness does the givers heart comfort as well as the receiver.
Years ago, I was challenged with a task to use a form of body language to get others to respond without a word. I chose to use a smile as my non-verbal communication across a college campus. Simply gaining eye contact and giving a wide smile to the person I locked eyes with brought a returned smile from them. A smile is the easiest give away to show a person you care.
I can still remember your wide smiles at Christian Communicators when you were speaking with me or others. Your smile is contagious as well as beautiful. Smile on!

    • Thank you, dear friend. I, too, think of YOU often and the lessons I learned. I’m still searching for a way to get back down to see you. It will happen, I’m sure of it.
Keep bragging on Jesus. I can’t wait to read your memoir that’s waiting to be written.
Hugs, and thanks for always being there for me.
      Robin
